•    Market and segmentation analysis, business requirements definition, product scope and definition, buy/build analysis, financial modelling and forecasting, sales and marketing strategy

Achievements

•    Led team to develop Sensis-wide process for New Product Development & Innovation.  Involved working with Bain to benchmark best-practices, structural change recommendations, change management strategies & procedures and the development of tools to assist the process.
•    Developed 2007/08 product strategy plan for Yellow online.
•    Conducted feasibility studies, business cases and conducted consumer insight research on emerging markets and business opportunities for Yellow online – with a focus on e-commerce, portals, search engines, blogs and mobile.
•    Developed strategy, business requirements for all internal stakeholders (marketing, pricing, technology, sales, etc.), market research plan, product plan and business case for www.homeatyellow.com.au (category and market extension of Yellow online).
•    Developed strategy, business requirements, product plan and business case for Yellow Pages  3G (NextG) mobile system for Telstra network.
