•    Business case development for VC and investment community (Market & competitor research, business plan writing, financial modelling and presentation materials).
•    Supported all CEO business development activities including identification of customers, initiating contact and all proposal and pitch development
•    Development of the product/technology roadmap (market analysis, focus groups, pricing models, functional specification, commercialisation strategy).
•    Development and coordination of channel partnership strategy.
•    Development and coordination of marketing communication plan (Global product launch, website development, brochures, sales kit and materials, etc.)
•    Product development of software and R&D activities (design of the functional and user experience, buy/build analysis, project management, etc.).
•    Negotiated licensing and marketing and reseller agreements
•    Assist CEO with all internal stakeholder communications to shareholders.

Achievements

•    Assisted CEO raise $US500,000 from strategic investors, including 3Com.
•    Assisted CEO raise technology support, services and equipment from strategic investors, including Intel, Compaq, Macromedia, Ericsson
•    Won business with Ericsson Sweden, Vodafone Live! (Spain and Greece), TIM (largest carrier in Italy), Australian Olympic Committee
•    Product developed one of the world’s first wireless sport portal (HiveSPORTS™) – which contained real-time news, ringtones, games, wallpapers, SMS and MMS services.
•    Product developed one of the first in-stadium wireless hotspot services; launched at 2001 NBA finals (STAPLES Centre)
•    HiveSPORTS accolades included:
- Only sport content partner used by Vodafone Live! Spain for Eurocup 2004.
- Only sport content partner used by TIM/Stet Hellas for Eurocup 2004 and Olympics 2004.
- Delivered solution with Ericsson IPX (3G) to Singapore mobile users.
- Selected as a Top 12 finalist for Ericsson Best Entertainment Service 2002.
- Selected in 2001 by Ericsson (Sweden) as one of 15 applications globally to support their marketing efforts of 3G-technology to Mobile Operators.
- Showcased globally by Intel and Macromedia in 2001 at their Annual Developer’s conferences.
•    Co-developed PR campaigns with Staples Center, Compaq, Ericsson Sweden, RMIT, Macromedia, Intel
•    Developed and managed a strategic portfolio of partner companies, including Compaq/Hewlett Packard (Australia and USA), Macromedia (USA), Ericsson (Global), ESPN (USA), STAPLES Centre (USA), RMIT (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology), Immersive (Australia), Australian Olympic Committee, Channel 7.
•    Negotiated content supply arrangement with companies throughout the world (USA, Italy, Russia, Australia, Ireland), including Getty Images, Macrospace, Cadability, Cellmedia and numerous small designer companies.
•    Established and managed Australian operations with staff of 6 (office located at RMIT).
