Responsibilities

•    Market and segmentation analysis, business requirements definition, product scope and definition, buy/build analysis, financial modelling and forecasting, sales and marketing strategy
•    Project managed the entire SDLC, working with team of 8 developers
•    Project managed the deployment of software and systems to Banks globally
•    Internal process development and coordination

Achievements

•    Designed Optimist 7, new generation financial analysis and business intelligence software.  This involved leading a team of 8 developers over a period of 10 months through an Agile development process; creating all business and functional specifications; designing the user interface of the system; stakeholder management of all senior executives; coordination all product release activities, including communication, sale materials, training materials and OEM distribution packs.
•    Project Managed (and Business Analyst for) the delivery of a $1m+ credit risk software deployed to over 4,000 people for Bangkok Bank (the largest bank in Thailand). This included business requirements analysis, project management a team of 6 developers for integration and configuration, training development, account management.
•    Oversaw completion of a new financial (budgeting) product for the National Australia Bank; and developed marketing and communication material with the National Australia Bank for its rollout.
•    Assisted redefine internal SDLC and Product Development Process.
